Who We Are
In 1987, Solomon opened a new bakery in Southern California using his family’s old-world recipes. After more than 30+ years, we’ve grown - much like our bread - and created a new baking standard in Orange County. Every morning, our kitchen overflows with the enticing aroma of the wide breadth of our fresh-baked offerings. All items are baked fresh by hand, guided by the principles and experience of Solomon and his team of master bakers. We take great care in providing our organic offerings, including gluten-free.
